Very happy to meet Kitty Yang, the Front Office Manager. I raised the issue of the 'hot' air con in the room, and she was extremely service oriented. Addressed the issue by providing 2 portable aircons. It worked relatively well, but it's her empathy and immediate response that I truly appreciated
Hot air that blows from the centrally controlled aircon. The staff told me there's nothing they could do. So for 2 nights, my sleep was badly affected as it was stuffy - my room (1822) unfortunately came with fixed windows that could not be opened
